CHANG FU CLUB CARD SERVICE AGREEMENT

| This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between Hotel New Otani Chang Fu Gong (“Hotel”) and you, the holder (“Member”) of Chang Fu Gong Club Card (“Club Card”), and set forth the terms and conditions of Member’s use of the services of the Club Card. It is a rewards point membership program aimed to provide high quality services to the Members. The Agreement explains the Hotel’s obligations to the Member and the Member’s obligations to the Hotel in relation to the Club Card. Please read this Agreement carefully. All the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall not be alternated and substituted. |
General Terms
|
1. The Club Card is a free membership service provided by the Hotel. The Hotel is the only authority and the service provider of the Club Card.
2. This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with PRC laws, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts in the PRC and city of Beijing.
3. The Membership privileges and other service programs to the applicant would be given and explained by the Hotel only.
4. The Club Card has no terminating date. The Hotel may decide to end this program with or without previous notice. Within six months after the declaration of terminating the Club Card, the Member has the right to continue enjoying all the preferential services. But after that, the Hotel is entitled to end all preferential terms and services of the Club Card.
5. The Hotel reserves the right to modify, cancel or alter the Agreement with or without notice in advance.
6. The membership of the Club Card is available to individuals over the age of 18. The applicant should agree the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Company, organization and group are not eligible to be the Members of the Club Card.
7. Member has the right to earn the award point, which can be redeemed gift or deducted from the expense in the Hotel.
We would provide the preferential and incentive services to our club members by honest, which is allowed by local laws and regulations.
8. The membership and reward points of the Club Card are not transferable. A Member should not apply more than one membership to accumulate reward point or maintain the status of the membership.
9. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel and terminate the membership of a Member at any time with the effect that who have breached any of these terms and conditions in the Agreement or acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or ordinances. As soon as the membership is terminated, all kinds of preferential services would be canceled.
10. Every Member is responsible to inform the Hotel with the updated contact information, including address, telephone number or e-mail.
11. Both employers and employees of the Hotel are not eligible to participate in the Program.
12. All interpretations of this Agreement and the rules of Membership shall be at our sole discretion, and our decisions shall be the final. |
Details of the Preferential Services
|
1. The Member earns the reward point from the expenditure in the Hotel. See “Reward Point Accumulation” for further details.
2. The Member can enjoy the different preferential services according to the status of the membership. See “Member’s Manual” for further information.
3. The Member is entitled to receive the preferential services by providing your Club Card number at the time of reservation and Club Card at the time of check-in.
4. It is the Hotel’s first priority to provide the preferences and best services to the Member; however, the Hotel will not compensate the unfulfilled preference and service.
5. The Hotel has the authority to add or terminate the entire preference and service program with or without previous notice. |
Privacy

1. The Member agrees that the Hotel could share Member’s personal information with its partners if the sharing is necessary to keep the Club Card program to operate successfully.
2. In accordance with this privacy statement, the Member agrees that the Hotel uses the personal information,which is provided by the Member when applying for the membership of the Club, for marketing purpose inside the Hotel.
3. The applicant’s signature on the registration form of the Club Card indicates that the applicant agrees the Hotel to use the personal information provided by the applicant in accordance with the above statements. |
Reward Point Accumulation
|
1. The reward point, accumulated from consuming by the Member in the Hotel including lodging and other regular activities, is the most attractive feature in the Club Card.
2. Applicant who is qualified to apply the Membership could accumulate reward point through consuming as soon as he/she becomes the Member of the Club Card.
3. 1 reward point equals to RMB1.00. Every RMB100 the Member spends in the hotel can accumulate 2 reward points. The validation period for the reward points is 5 years from the date which the point is accumulated.
4. The charges from banquet, wedding, conference and cater service are excluded from accumulating reward point.
5. Any tax and service fees payable to the government are not eligible for the reward point.
6. The amount of the charge paid by reward point will not be calculated for reward point accumulation again.
7. The reward point is not allowed to be transferred to or combined with other Members’ accounts.
8. Only one Member is qualified to receive the reward points calculated from one bill, which pays for several rooms or purchases.
9. The “Eligible Stay” refers to the stay that the room rate paid by the Member when stays in the Hotel meeting or above the standard room rates set by Chang Fu Gong Club.
10. The “Standard Room Rate” set by the Chang Fu Gong Club refers to the minimum room rate the Member pays for a standard room.
11. The “Eligible Charges” are charges payable to the Hotel by the Member for room rates, food and beverage. The charges, which are non-hotel operating or compensation for a loss and damage, could not be accumulating reward point.
12. Member should provide the club card when consumes in any restaurant, bar and lounge in the Hotel, in order to earn reward points or enjoy special discounts. Fail to provide the club card may not receive the discount or reward points.
13. The reward point is accumulated immediately into the Member’s account after the eligible charge is paid to the Hotel. If the charge is pending and the reward point is not confirmed with the Member yet, the reward point cannot be used for incentive redemption.
14. If any Member who thinks he/she does not receive his/her reward point report or frequent guest fly miles award, he/she needs to submit an application and the valid receipts to the Hotel. The member who cannot provide sufficient original document may fails to receive the reward point. In order to protect the Member’s right, Member should keep the entire original document carefully before the reward point shown on the Hotel’s report. The application should be submitted within six months after the losing fair. The application should include the name, membership number, address and day time telephone number of the Member. |
Chang Fu Gong Hotel Club Card Tiers

A) Silver Preferred Guest Card
a. You can apply for the membership of Silver Preferred Guest and start to enjoy the preferences when you first check in. The reward-points will be accumulated at the same time.
b. The Silver Preferred Guest can enjoy the following preferences during every stay:
* Priority for Room Reservation
* Enjoy 10% off for dining at the hotel (Exclusive of the charge of cigarettes)
* Enjoy 20% off at hotel’s Shopping Store (Exclusive of the charge of cigarettes)
* Enjoy 20% off at hotel’s Beauty Salon
* Get 1 hour for free for consuming 2 hours and above at hotel’s Mahjong Room
* Early check-in at 11:00am (depends on the availability of the room)
* Later check-out until 3:00pm (depends on the availability of the room)
* Enjoy complimentary seasonal snacks for consuming at hotel’s main bar
* Receive birthday gift when staying in the hotel on your birthday
B) Gold Preferred Guest Card
a. You will be upgraded to Gold Preferred Guest if you stay up to 12 nights or earn at
least 300 reward points in 2 consecutive calendar years
b. The Gold Preferred Guest will enjoy the following preferences every stay:
* Priority for Room Reservation
* Enjoy 20% off for dining at the hotel (Exclusive of the charge of cigarettes)
* Enjoy 20% off at hotel’s Shopping Store (Exclusive of the charge of cigarettes)
* Later check-out until 6:00pm (depends on the availability of the room)
* Welcome Drink
* Complimentary ironing service for a suit or laundry service for a shirt
* Enjoy 20% off at hotel’s Beauty Salon
*Get 1 hour for free for consuming 2 hours and above at hotel’s Mahjong Room
* Early check-in at 8:00am (depends on the availability of the room)
* Enjoy complimentary seasonal snacks for consuming at hotel’s main bar
* Receive birthday gift when staying in the hotel on your birthday
C). Black Diamond Preferred Guest Card
a. You will be upgraded to Black Diamond Preferred Guest for staying up to 30 nights or
earning at least 700 reward points in 2 consecutive calendar years.
b. The Black Diamond Preferred Guest will enjoy the following preferences every stay::
* Priority for Room Reservation
* Enjoy 25% off for dining at the hotel (Exclusive of the charge of cigarettes)
* Enjoy 20% off at hotel’s Shopping Store (Exclusive of the charge of cigarettes)
* Later check-out until 6:00pm (depends on the availability of the room)
* Check-in and check-out at the Executive Salon
* Welcome Drink
* Complimentary ironing service for a suit and laundry service for a shirt, or laundry service for 2 shirts
* A single trip complimentary airport transfer service
* Enjoy 20% off at hotel’s Beauty Salon
* Get 1 hour for free for consuming 2 hours and above at hotel’s Mahjong Room
* Early check-in at 8:00am (depends on the availability of the room)
* Free upgrade of the room (depends on the availability of the room, and Executive Deluxe Room is the highest room class could be upgraded to)
* Enjoy complimentary seasonal snacks for consuming at hotel’s main bar
* Receive birthday gift when staying in the hotel on your birthday |
Tiers Clauses
|
1. The Hotel may reserve the rights to add, alternative, and delete every membership tier of preference service or to terminate the membership with or without previous notice.
2. The Hotel may change standard for upgrading the membership without notice in advance.
3. After the upgrade of the membership tiers, the lodging times and valid registered nights and reward points may consecutively be accumulated. The original lodging times and valid registered nights and reward points may be kept, but could not be counted into next upgrade.
4. If the Member does not achieve the lowest consumption level in 2 consecutive calendar years, the membership tier would be downgraded (the membership for Silver Preferred Guest Card will be terminated, and the reward points will be cleared to zero at the same time).
5. If the Member doesn’t stay or consume in the Hotel in 24 consecutive months, his/her membership of Chang Fu Gong Club will be terminated, and the reward points will be cleared to zero at the same time.
6. The guest can apply for the membership of Silver Preferred Guest Card when he/she checks in for the first time and starts to enjoy the preferential services and accumulation. |
Flight Mileage
|
| If the Club Card Member who would like to earn the flight mileages, he/she will not earn the Hotel’s award points at the same time, but he/she can still enjoy the hotel’s preferential services for Club Card Members. |
