CHANG FU CLUB CARD SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement ("Agreement" is by and between Chang Fu Gong New Otani Hotel ("Hotel" and you, the Chang Fu Club Card ("Club Card" holder ("Member", and set forth the terms and conditions of Member's use of the services in the Club Card, which is a rewards point membership program in order to provide high quality services to the Members. The Agreement explains the Hotel's obligations to the Member and the Member's obligations to the Hotel in relation to the Club Card. Please read this Agreement carefully. If there are any questions or other further information requests, please contact us via telephone or Email. All these terms and conditions shall not be alternated and substituted.

General Terms

1. The Club Card is a free membership service, provided by the Hotel.
2. The Hotel is the only authority and the service provider of the Club Card.  
3. This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with PRC laws, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts in the PRC and city of Beijing.
4. The Membership privileges and other service programs to the applicant would be given and explained by the Hotel only.  
5. The Club Card has no terminating date. The Hotel may decide to end this program with or without notice. Within six months after the declaration of terminating the Club Card, the Member has the right to continue enjoying all the preferential services. But after that, the Hotel is entitled to end all preferential terms and services.  
6. The Hotel reserves the right to modify, cancel or alter the Agreement within or without notice in advance.
7. The membership of the Club Card is available to individuals over the age of 18. The applicant should agree the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Company, organization and group are not eligible to be the Members of the Club Card.  
8. Member has the right to earn the award point, which can be redeemed gift or deducted from the expense in the Hotel. We would provide the preferential and incentive to our club members by honest, which is allowed by local laws and regulations.
9. The membership of the Club Card is not transferable. So is the reward point. A Member should not apply more than one membership in order to accumulate reward point or maintain the status of the membership.
10. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel and terminate the membership at any time with the effect that who have breached any of these terms and conditions in the Agreement or acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or ordinances. As soon as the membership is terminated, all kinds of preferential services would be canceled.
11. Every Member is responsible to inform the Hotel with the updated communication method including address, telephone or email.
12. Employers and Employees of the Hotel are both not eligible to participate in the Program.
13. All interpretations of this Agreement and the rules of Membership shall be at our sole discretion, and our decisions shall be the final.

Details of the Preferential Services

1. The Member earns the reward point from the expenditure in the Hotel. See D for the details.
2. The Member can enjoy the different preferential services according to the status of the membership. See E for the details.
3. The Member is entitled to receive the preferential services by providing your Club Card number at time of reservation and Club Card at time of check-in.
4. It is the Hotel's first priority to provide the preference and best services to the Member; however, the Hotel will not compensate the unfulfilled preference and service.
5. The Hotel has the authority to add or terminate the entire preference and service program within or without advance notice.

Privacy

1. The Member agrees that the Hotel could share Member's personal information with its partners if the sharing is necessary to keep the Club Card program to operate successfully.
2. In accordance with this privacy statement, the Member agrees with the Hotel to use the personal information for marketing purpose inside the Hotel.
3. Member also agrees to update the personal information continuously.
4. If the applicant of the Club Card signs the name on the registration of Club Card, it indicates that the applicant agrees the Hotel to use the personal information provided by the applicant in accordance with the above statements.

Reward Point Accumulation

1. The reward point, accumulated from the consuming by the Member in the Hotel including lodging and other regular activities, is the most attractive feature in the Club Card.
2. Applicant who is qualified to apply the Membership could accumulate reward point through consuming as soon as he becomes the Member of Club Card.  
3. 1 reward point equals to ?.00 and ?00 Yuan consumption can be converted to 5 reward points.
4. The charges from Banquet, conference and cater service are excluded from reward point.  
5. Any tax paid to the government and service fees are not eligible for the reward point.
6. The amount of the charge paid by reward point is not calculated as reward point again.   
7. Reward point cannot combine with any other promotions or discount vouchers in the Hotel. The Hotel reserves all rights on the explanation in the reward point and promotion.
8. The reward point is not allowed to be transferable and combinative.  
9. 2,000 points are the maximum reward point for one consecutive stay.
10. The member can earn reward point from qualified promotions.
11. Only one Member is qualified to receive reward point if one bill pays for several rooms or purchases.
12. The "Eligible Charges"are charges incurred by the Hotel for room rates, food and beverage. The charges, which are non-hotel operating or compensation for a loss and damage, could not be accumulating reward point.
13.Member should provide the club card when you consume in any restaurant, bar and lounge in the hotel in order to earn reward points or to get discount. You may not receive the discount or reward points if you fail to provide the club card.
14. The reward point is redeemable immediately after the eligible charge is paid. If the charge is pending and the reward point is not confirmed with the Member yet, the reward point cannot be used for incentive redemption.
15. If any member does not receive his/her reward point report or frequent guest fly miles award, he/she has to submit an application and the valid receipts to the Hotel. If the member who cannot provide sufficient original document may fail to get the reward point. In order to protect the Member right, Member should keep the entire original document carefully before the reward point shown on the Hotel's report. The application should be sent within six months after the losing fair. There should be the name, membership number, address and day time telephone number on the application.

Chang Fu Gong Hotel Club Card Tiers

A) Common Preferred Guest Card
i. When you first check-in, and your room rate matches the daily Hotel club rate, you are enrolled to be a Common Preferred Guest voluntary. Then, the guest may enjoy the relevant preference immediately. However, the reward point would be accumulated since next lodging.
ii.The preference providing to the Common Preferred Guest each lodging:
* Guarantee of making room reservation priority.
* Free for local Newspaper.
* Free for clean-shoes service.
* Enjoy 15% discount of catering consumption in Hotel.
* Enjoy 20% discount of shopping consumption preference (except for cigarettes and medicines).
* Enjoy 20% discount of Barber & Beauty shop consumption.
* Enjoy one hour free using of Mahjong salon when you consume more than two hours.
B) Silver Preferred Guest Card
i. Within 12 months, if the club member had achieved 3 times eligible lodging or 5 nights valid registered, he/she would enjoy the preference of upgrading to Silver Preferred Guest Card, which is effective since July 1st, 2006. The club member would enjoy another 10% incentive reward points.
ii.The preference providing to the Silver Preferred Guest each time:
* Enjoy all above the preference provided for Common Preferred Guest.
* Enjoy early Check-in at 11:00 a.m. priority. (base on the situation)
* Enjoy late check-out at 3:00 p.m. without addition charge. (base on the situation)
* Free for greeting gift.
* Free for season snacks in the main bar and lounge.
* Birthday present for lodging on the birthday.
C) Gold Preferred Guest Card
i. Within 12 months, if the club member had achieved 5 times eligible lodging or 10 nights valid registered, he/she would enjoy the preference of upgrading to Gold Preferred Guest Card, which is effective since July 1st, 2006. The club member would enjoy another 20% incentive reward points.
ii.The preference providing to the Gold Preferred Guest each time:
* Enjoy all above the preference provided for Silver Preferred Guest.
* Enjoy Check-in and check-out in the Executive Salon.
* One free welcoming drink
* Free for ironing one suit or laundry one shirt.
* Enjoy early check-in at 8:00 a.m. priority. (base on the situation)
* Enjoy late check-out at 6:00 p.m. without additional charge. (base on the situation)
* Free for greeting gifts.
* Enjoy 20% discount of catering in Hotel.
D) Diamond Preferred Guest Card
i. Within 12 months, if the club member had achieved 10 times eligible lodging or 30 nights valid registered, he/she would enjoy the preference of upgrading to Diamond Preferred Guest Card, which is effective since July 1st, 2006.
ii.The preference providing to the Diamond Preferred Guest each time:
* Enjoy all above the preference provided for Gold Preferred Guest.
* Enjoy once free airport pick-up service.
* Free for greeting gifts.
* Depending on the room occupancy, upgrade service may be offered.
* Enjoy free room service for Breakfast (before 9:00 am)
* Enjoy 25% discount of catering consumption in Hotel.
Tiers Clauses:
* The Hotel may reserve the rights to add, alternate, and delete every membership tier of preference service or to terminate the membership with or without notice.
* The guest of the Hotel may apply for the Club Card membership when he/she check-in for the first time and enjoys the preferential in the next visiting.
* The Hotel may change standard for upgrading the membership without notice.
* All the information should be submit before your next stay for calculating the membership tiers.
* After the update of the membership tiers, the lodging times and valid registered nights and reward points may consecutively be accumulated. The original lodging times and valid registered nights and reward points may be kept, but could not be accounted *If the Member doesn't achieve the lowest consumption level within 12 months, the membership tier would downgrade to the certain tier in accordance with the concrete consumption in this 12 months. (The lowest tier level is common membership tier). The reward points would be kept. The Member may be upgraded back to the preceding tier after the standard is reached again; however, no incentive reward point is included in this time.
* If the member doesn't register in the Hotel for 24 months, the membership would be frozen and the reward point would be turned to zero. This club member will not enjoy the preference service and award. The membership would be restored to common membership tier until lodging in the Hotel Again.
Flight Mileage
If the Club Card Member who would like to earn the flight mileages, he/she will not earn the hotel award points at the same time.
