Function:
|
1. Easy Card is a prepaid card with reward point and extra bonus. The card is acceptable in any restaurant, bar and lounge in the Chang Fu Gong Hotel.
2. Benefit from the reward points: every 100 RMB (excluding service and tobacco charges) will receive 5 RMB equivalent value reward points. The reward points will not combine with any other rewarding cards. The cardholder may redeem the reward points at any time.
3. The Easy Card cardholder is not entitled to use the other discount card or preferential card to get extra discount.
4. Group banquet and conference don’t take the easy card.
5. The pre-paid payment is required to be received while the receipt(s) is ready to get at the same time.
6. The receipt will not be provided again when the cardholder uses the card to make a purchase. The bill will be provided and kept in database for 2 years.
7. The prepaid amount should be used within the valid period. The remaining amount after expiration date will not be reimbursed in cash, however within the valid period:
i. Guests may use the remaining amount to purchase coupons or certificates (e.g. meal coupons).
ii.Add at least 5000 RMB as minimum prepaid amount to extend the valid period for another 12 months.
8. "Easy Card" is not a name-registered card. The cardholder is responsible for the lost or stolen. |
Fee // Award:

The prepaid amount of 10,000 RMB / 18 months validity
Benefit: One of the following options will be awarded:
i. The additional 1,000 RMB value will be deposited into the card
ii.Redeem no more than 2,000 RMB coupons or certificate listed in the "Award Redeem List" below
* The prepaid amount of 30,000 RMB / 24 months validity.
Benefit: One of the following options will be awarded:
i. The additional 4,500 RMB value will be deposited into the card
iiRedeem no more than 6,000 RMB coupons and certificates listed in the "Award Redeem List" below
* The prepaid amount of 50,000 RMB / 24 months validity.
Benefit: One of the following options will be awarded:
i. The additional 10,000 RMB value will be deposited into the card
ii.Redeem no more than 12,000 RMB valued coupons listed in the "Award Redeem List" below.

Details of the Preferential Services

1. The Member earns the reward point from the expenditure in the Hotel. See D for the details.
2. The Member can enjoy the different preferential services according to the status of the membership. See E for the details.
3. The Member is entitled to receive the preferential services by providing your Club Card number at time of reservation and Club Card at time of check-in.
4. It is the Hotel’s first priority to provide the preference and best services to the Member; however, the Hotel will not compensate the unfulfilled preference and service.
5. The Hotel has the authority to add or terminate the entire preference and service program within or without advance notice.

1. Consumption of cake, restaurant and room coupons require one-day advanced reservation.
2. Consumption of coffee house buffet coupons, when more than 10 persons require one-day advanced reservation.
3. When using coupons, the discounted consumption will not be awarded the accumulated points.
