Function:
|
1."Party Card" is a membership card, issued by "Beijing Chang Fu Gong Hotel" and used in restaurant, bar and lounge. By using the card, corresponding discount and reward points will be applied and accumulated.
2.Any purchase over 100 RMB with the card (excluding service fees and the purchase of tobacco) will receive 5 RMB equivalent reward points. The cardholder is able to redeem the reward points to pay the consumption any time.
3. Only one card can earn the reward points from one receipt.
4. The Party Card is not transferable.
5. Group banquet and conference don't take the Party Card.
6. The Party Card is valid for 18 months since the registration. The renewal fee will be applied. The reward points may be redeemed or transferred into the new card.
7. The membership discount may not combine with any other meal coupons or /and any other discount coupons.
8. The reward points received from "Party Card" may not combine with the other hotel membership card/s, or/and any other consumption coupons, or when any events occur.
9. The party card is good for cash or credit card only. |

Option A: The membership payment of 1200 RMB. The following gift certificates will be obtained.
* One meal certificate valued at 300 RMB and two meal certificates valued at 200 RMB each, total value of 700 RMB. (The coupon is acceptable in any restaurant, bar and lounge in the hotel within the valid period. The coupon may deduct the expense of the meal and beverage before the discount rate is applied. However, service and tobacco charges are exclusive from the redemption. One certificate is good for one purchase, consumption or event. )
* One gift certificate valued at 200 RMB. [The certificate is acceptable in coffee house, or redeems a 2-pound birthday cake in the bakery (one-day advanced telephonic order is required). The certificate may also be used to purchase equivalent value of bread, cookie and cake or any other kinds of food in the cake shop. One certificate is good for one purchase, consumption or event.]
Note:Total value of the certificates is 900 RMB.
The remaining value of the certificate after redeeming the purchase will not be refunded. The certificate can't be redeemed to cash.
Option B: membership payment of 3000 RMB. One of the following two reward options may be chosen.
1. 1000 RMB equivalent valued reward points plus the following awards:
* One meal certificate valued at 500 RMB and four meal certificates valued at 200 RMB each, total value is 1300.
(The certificate are acceptable in any restaurant, bar and lounge in the hotel. The certificate may deduct the expense of the meal and beverage before the discount rate is applied. However, service and tobacco charges are exclusive from the redemption. One certificate is good for one purchase, consumption or event.)
* Two certificates valued at 200 RMB each.

2. The following consumption gift certificates will be awarded
* Two meal certificates valued at 500 RMB each and four meal certificates valued at 200 RMB each, total value is 1800 RMB.
(The coupon is acceptable in any restaurant, bar and lounge in the hotel within the valid period. The coupon may deduct the expense of the meal and beverage before the discount rate is applied. However, service and tobacco charges are exclusive from the redemption. One certificate is good for one purchase, consumption or event.)
* Two certificates valued at 200 RMB each, total value is 400 RMB.

* Two mid-autumn moon-cake coupons valued at 200 RMB Each.
(Each coupon is valid for redeeming a set of moon-cakes in bakery or equivalent value food. )
* One bottle of red wine coupon valued at 200 RMB each.
(Each coupon is valid for redeeming one bottle of red wine. It is also valid for covering expense in bar or/and lounge, where the discount is not valid for service fees and food consumption.)
Note: Total value of the certificates and reward point is 2800 RMB.
The remaining value of the certificate after redeeming the purchase will not be refunded.

Dining preferential clauses:

* By using the "Party Card", when consume in Chinese restaurant, coffee house, bar and lounge, 5 persons and less will receive a 25% discount, 6 persons or more will receive a 20% discount. Discount is exclusive to service and tobacco charges. The deduced amount will be no longer entitled in reward points.
* When the "Party Card"Member consume in Japanese restaurant in the hotel, 20% discount is entitled. Discount is exclusive to service and tobacco charges. The deduced amount will be no longer entitled in reward points.
* "XUE DAN Lady's Club" offers 20% discount to the Party Card holder.
* Shopping in the hotel shop center with the Party Card, 20% discount will be awarded. |

A) Common Preferred Guest Card
i. When you first check-in, and your room rate matches the daily Hotel club rate, you are enrolled to be a Common Preferred Guest voluntary. Then, the guest may enjoy the relevant preference immediately. However, the reward point would be accumulated since next lodging.
ii.The preference providing to the Common Preferred Guest each lodging:
* Guarantee of making room reservation priority.
* Free for local Newspaper.
* Free for clean-shoes service.
* Enjoy 15% discount of catering consumption in Hotel.
